Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email from Healthie, our secure electronic health record platform. You’ll be guided through setting up your profile and completing essential forms, including:

Step 1: Initial History Intake and Meet in Greet with a Clinician Understanding Your Needs and obtaining your Biomarkers
We will take the time to listen to your concerns, symptoms, and health goals. We discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and any previous treatments you’ve tried. This is your time to share your story and feel truly heard.
Step 2 &3: A Nutritional Consultation with an Integrative Nutritionist and an appt to obtain specialty baseline labwork .These advanced diagnostics & integrative consultation provide deep insights into your hormonal health, metabolic function, and overall wellness. You will also be asked to complete a 3-Day Nutritional Diary.
Step 2
Initial clinical consultation to review your LWC Wellness & Vitality Index Profile-
and Possible recommendations for an intensive 12week program, memberships, additional comprehensive testing, or our ELITE all-inclusive Longevity Membership
Once your results are in (typically within 1-2 weeks), you’ll return for a in depth clinical consultation to review your LWC Wellness & Vitality Index Profile—a data-driven assessment based on your health intake, nutritional diary, and biomarker results with Founder Megan Bendinelli NP. From there, we’ll craft your personalized care plan and empower you with targeted tools and strategies for:
Hormonal Optimization/ Pregnancy Preparation

Long-Term Vitality
Following this consultation, you may elect to enroll in one of our specific care pathways, designed to support sustainable transformation in alignment with your health goals.

Appointments can be booked through our Healthie EMR which contains a patient portal where availability is limited to ensure the highest level of care.

We operate as a cash-based practice, meaning we do not accept insurance. This allows us to provide care without restrictions imposed by insurance companies. We do not commonly provide superbills for reimbursement at this time.

Yes! Many of our services and recommended treatments qualify for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). It is necessary however you know what your HSA/FSA does cover. If your services are not deemed medically necessary by your plan you will be required to pay for such services.

Every patient is different, but many start noticing improvements within several weeks of implementing their personalized plan. Long-term, sustainable results require ongoing care and commitment.
