Yes, we offer telehealth appointments for patients in California.

We are not your primary care provider or OB-GYN. As medical health consultants and midlife care specialists, we work alongside you to fill gaps in your current health and wellness care. We recognize that not all medical providers have the necessary clinical training in these areas. Many clinicians often feel uncomfortable prescribing hormone therapies or managing complex hormonal conditions. That's where we come in. Our goal is to address these symptoms while optimizing your overall health, complementing the care you receive from your existing traditional healthcare team.

While we are clinicians and integrative health practitioners, our focus is on elective health optimization. As consultants and specialists, we work with you to identify potential deficiencies or underlying causes based on your symptoms and health concerns. We then guide you toward personalized healing strategies. Please note that you will still need a primary care provider and should continue care with other specialists if you already see them.

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. Operating as a cash-only practice allows us to prioritize patient care without restrictions from insurance companies. This approach ensures recommendations and patient appointment times are based solely on what is best for you and not limited related to administrative burdens.

Yes! Based on your health goals and needs, we can assess whether weight loss medications are appropriate and safe to prescribe. We often prescribe them as part of care plans and go over the benefits and risks to our clients.

Yes! We work closely with you to understand your symptoms and determine whether MHT (menopausal hormone therapy) through BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy) or alternative medications and supplements are the right and safe solutions for you. If needed and desired, we CAN and DO frequently prescribe these treatments and are very comfortable in delivering this specialty care.

Yes. We partner with Quest, Labcorp, Access, and the Rupa Platform to order and interpret serum blood tests. We also contract with specialty lab companies to offer patients further tests not commonly provided in standard health care settings.

We work with Vibrant Wellness, Diagnostic Solutions, Genova Diagnostics, and Precision Analytical, among others, to provide advanced testing options. These include GI mapping and gut testing, further cardiometabolic tests, glucose tracking, heart rate monitoring, and micronutrient testing.

Yes! While our primary focus is on women’s health and wellness, we also work with men seeking to improve their healthspan and metabolic health.

Yes! Many of our services and recommended treatments qualify for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). It is necessary however you know what your HSA/FSA does cover. If your services are not deemed medically necessary by your plan you will be required to pay for such services.
